We will be helping the owner of the property work on a project in exchange for letting us use it at no cost. This usually takes about an hour of “sweat equity”
All Men and their sons (13 and up) are invited to join a weekend of decompression and rejuvenation at this year’s Men’s retreat. We will be going through the book “Game Plan for Life” by Joe Gibbs. Topics include: Can We Trust the Game Plan (the Bible)? Can We Trust the Coach (God)? How Did Life Begin? These questions present two distinct opinions: God’s and man’s. Starting from a solid starting point is critical to success in life, sports, and rocketry.
What to Bring:
Travel Time: From NOVA to Nelson County, it usually takes about 2.5 hours (travelling mostly on US route 29
Activities: Besides delving into scripture to discover our game plan, there will be plenty of free-time to enjoy fishing, hiking, recreational shooting or just about any other outdoor activity you can imagine
